| I know lah - I die already. That's why didn't update. This is my spirit talking from wherever it is. So as to speak, I'm going to have a little chat with whomever, and see if he would allow me to return back to mortal earth. Until then, let me finish trying out this internship as a deity. Life is good up here. | | |
| I just realised I haven't been into Xanga for like the longest time. I spent a maximum of 30 mins in Facebook. My free time is sleeping, heading out, sleeping, assignments..................... The getaways over the holidays have been fun and totally awesome. That should happen more often. CHOP PASSPORT! I left my phone in the ladies at airport, of course, whoever that asshole who picked it up, did not return it to me. KARMA - What goes around will come around. Oh well, I have my new baby now. So it doesn't hurt that much anymore. I've officially caught up 12 episodes of Grey's Anatomy, and I'm going to finish up Gossip Girl, Private Practice, Harper's Island, The Vampire Diaries, yayness! Work is pretty hectic. Visit to the airshow today was good, but now I'm having migraines from the sun. You know how afraid I am of that hot burning star (is it a star or a planet???) so I wore long sleeve and jeans and stood under the sun to watch airplane stunts. Then I prayed for the dark cloud to work its miracle and it did. It hid the sun. But I'm still having headaches and I'm literally drained. Life's been pretty blissful - I don't need to wish for stuff or things to happen anymore. I get them. Which reminds me, I haven't said yes yet. Because I'm still weighing my pros and cons. But I'm happy with how everything is. Can't wait for the Feb 20th meet up with the gang. DIM SUM HERE I COME. LIKE FINALLY RIGHT? DRAG from last year October until now! Looks like 2010 started off pretty well, of course, with some hippcups here and there, but still... No more tears, no more guesses, no more fighting for what isn't there to begin with. I deserve someone that will stay. My point is, sometimes the best gifts come in surprising packages, so, I'm done. I'm out of this twisted game. I'm so out of here. | | |
| And another year goes by. I wouldn't say this year went badly. For once, I don't have that strong urge to hide from X'mas. But what the heck, it's not like I'll be here literally. I still can't seem to be able to accept how certain things are changing. It is exhilarating but at the same time I find it fucking tiring as well. Probably not very used to it, guess I would need more time. It's freaking scary too, at how there are different opinions over everything. I keep trying to keep things professional and remind myself it is not as unhealthy as it appears to be. Maybe some ground rules needs to be laid. I keep thinking everything is going too fast and I am certainly not ready yet. I don't know how January would be when the school term starts. I know I would really need some of my personal time and my own space. Shall take whatever comes, just to see how it goes. Perfect Getaway is in 2 more days. And I absolutely cannot wait. | | |
| Can't wait for exams to be over. Can't wait for the end of year trip with the gang. X'mas is just X'mas and like last year, it isn't going to be extra special this year too. Everything seems like a perfect picture, but if you could look closer, it tainted and smudged. I don't know how to give up my current lifestyle now. I'm terrified by the way everything's changing. It's probably time to start running again, I'm suffocated. | | |
| Do not eat at 'Hei Sushi' at Downtown East, not unless if you want to get either gastric flu or food poisioning. Definations of Gastric Flu:
Gastroenteritis (also known as gastro, gastric flu, tummy bug in some countries, and stomach flu, although unrelated to influenza) is inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract, involving both the stomach and the small intestine (see also gastritis and enteritis) and resulting in acute diarrhea. The inflammation is caused most often by an infection from certain viruses or less often by bacteria, their toxins, parasites, or an adverse reaction to something in the diet or medication.
At least 50% of cases of gastroenteritis due to foodborne illness are caused by norovirus.[3] Another 20% of cases, and the majority of severe cases in children, are due to rotavirus. Other significant viral agents include adenovirus[4] and astrovirus.
Different species of bacteria can cause gastroenteritis, including Salmonella, Shigella, Staphylococcus, Campylobacter jejuni, Clostridium, Escherichia coli, Yersinia, and others. Some sources of the infection are improperly prepared food, reheated meat dishes, seafood, dairy, and bakery products. Each organism causes slightly different symptoms but all result in diarrhea. Colitis, inflammation of the large intestine, may also be present. Definations of Food Poisoning:
Foodborne illness (also foodborne disease and colloquially referred to as food poisoning[1] ) is any illness resulting from the consumption of contaminated food. There are two types of food poisoning: food infection and food intoxication. Food infection refers to the presence of bacteria or other microbes which infect the body after consumption. Food intoxication refers to the ingestion of toxins contained within the food, including bacterially produced exotoxins, which can happen even when the microbe that produced the toxin is no longer present or able to cause infection. In spite of the common term food poisoning, most cases are caused by a variety of pathogenic bacteria, viruses, prions or parasites that contaminate food,[2] rather than chemical or natural toxins. Cantley, Glenn and I all had raw salmon sashimi. We are also the exact same ones who had the above illnesses. I tell you, I will never want anyone to go through whatever I'm going through because it sucks! | | |
